Dr. Abraham is a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in safety engineering and design. He is an expert in human factors analysis, risk analysis, safety analysis, forensic investigation, safety warnings, OSHA requirements and Labor Law. He is experienced and knowledgeable in acceptable, good and customary safety practices, policies, codes, rules and regulations in the construction industry and the structure and organization of construction projects, including the role, duties and obligations of construction manager, and also contractors and/or subcontractors who are expert tradesmen in charge and master of their means and methods.
